At The Bare Minimum (in home care), I offer a tailored suite of services designed for both men & women. My core offerings include rejuvenating massages, home cooked meals, & etc. I focus on delivering these essentials with the utmost consideration & attention to detail. Your choice of soothing instrumental music, a shared conversation, &/or silence; whichever you prefer during your session.

Meals (Mon, Wed, & Fri)...
Home cooked meals will be updated on the site on Sundays. It will show what meals will be prepared for the week. Just check back online at your convenience.
Laundry (2 loads max.)...
You can drop off 2 "medium size" loads that will be washed, dried, & folded into whatever bag you bring. If a bag is not provided, it will be folded & put into a regular clean garbage bag.
